Optimize Heating Systems

OPTIMIZE AND STREAMLINE EXISTING HEATING INSTALLATIONS.

  • An imbalanced radiator system means that the apartments in a property are too cold or too hot. This results in high energy consumption and high fault notification rates.

A balanced radiator system is a prerequisite for energy efficiency and good heating comfort. Often the property owner chooses 21°C as the room temperature (normal value). The increased average temperature of each degree above 20°C room temperature means approximately 5-7% increased energy consumption.

Functioning and qualitative thermostats are a prerequisite for ensuring the desired room temperature regardless of factors such as sun, wind, activities inside the property, etc.

Depending on the conditions of the property and the radiator system, it is often necessary to further balance and streamline the radiator system through static or dynamic adjustment.

    Static adjustment methods:

    - Traditional adjustment (installation of thermostats and pre-adjustable radiator valves).
    - Fixed Kv-value (installation of thermostats, pre-adjustable radiator valves with fixed Kv-value).
    - Installation of balancing valves.

    Dynamic adjustment methods:

    - Installation of differential pressure valves.
    - Installation of maximum flow valves (installation of thermostats and automatic radiator valves).

  • DIVELLO offers a full range of thermostats and radiator valves (thermostatic and return valves) with the highest possible European energy rating (A) for static or dynamic adjustment regardless of method. DIVELLO also offers a wide range of thermostats for direct connection to existing radiator valves regardless of make.

An adjustment of the heating system is one of the most commonly proposed measures recommended in energy declarations.
